Manufacturing Process
• Manufacturing & Inspection of pattern as per customer's drawing, specifications with close tolerances.
• Preparation of disposable was patterns by injection molding and inspection of was patterns.
• Assembling of was patterns on runner to form an assembly.
• Building a ceramic shell by alternate dipping of the assembly in a ceramic slurry and stuccoing under
controlled conditions of humidity and temperature.
• Drying and de-waxing the ceramic shells.
• Pouring Melton metal in the sintered shell, fettling, heat treatment and cleaning of the casting.
• Inspection and testing which includes 100% visual inspection, dimensional checks, non-destructive
examinations etc.

• Around 6500 sq. mtr. of factory land are and having land of 3000 sq. for future expansion.
• Cupola Furnace : 36" Dia. having melting capacity of 3.5 to 4.5 MT/Hr. 2 nos.
• Cupola Furnace : 30" Dia. having melting capacity of 2.75 to 3.25 MT/Hr. 1 nos.
• Molding Sand Muller having capacity of 500 Kg. 2 nos.
• Core Sand Muller having capacity of 150 Kg. 2 nos.
• Casting loading Air Hoist of 1.5 Mt Capacity 1 nos.
• Hand molding Boxes : (300 x 300 mm) to (1000 x 1000 mm)
• Hand Molding and Pin-lift molding machine.
• Power Installed : 55 HP from G.S.E.B.
• Aluminum Patterns.

• Emergency Generating Set having 30 KVA capacity.
